Terms Of Sale
Animal Purchase Agreement:
No animal will be held for a buyer without a nonrefundable deposit (Unless otherwise agreed upon or stated). Animals must be paid in full before leaving our farm.
We do not guarantee the health of any animal once they leave our farm, and are outside of our control. Should the animal die or become gravely injured while on our premises, and in our care, any payments or Deposits will be refunded.
We will not be responsible for stress/illness/sickness of any kind after the animal leaves our farm. For that reason all sales are final.
If you have made a deposit on any animal and decide to not take possession at said agreed time there will be a 3$ a day boarding fee until deposit / Payments is extinguished or the animal is sold or claimed by the person who made the deposit in that case full payment is required minus any daily boarding fees.
If for any reason your not able to Care for, Feed,or House or not able to sell to someone who can, then you can surrender it back to us and forfeit any payments.
All kids are disbudded unless otherwise specified. If you want a horned kid, then it must be paid for in advance since there is a limited demand for horned kids.
Our buck kids sold as wethers are sold without papers, but are intact (unless arrangements have been made for the buyer to have them castrated sooner, at their cost) since delayed castration is beneficial to the buckling's health.
We will not sell one goat (adult or baby) by itself unless there is already at least one goat at the new home.
If the kid(s) are being dam raised, we wean around 10-12 weeks of age. Kids must be picked up within 2 weeks of weaning, or a $2 per day boarding fee will be charged. If the kid has not been picked up within 30 days from the date of weaning, unless mutually agreed upon in writing, the sale will be considered forfeited and any fees paid nonrefundable.
Bottle babies can be picked up prior to (but not later than) 4 weeks of age, depending on the purchaser’s experience raising bottle kids.
All kids will be tattooed prior to leaving the farm.
We accept Venmo, Cash App, and cash. If you wish to pay via Venmo or Cash App, you will be responsible for any transaction fees associated with that form of payment.
Balance of payment on your goat or goats will be due upon notification that they are ready to leave for their new home and must be paid in full prior to their leaving the farm. Should the buyer require a third-party transportation service, all shipping costs (transportation, heath certificates, testing, crates etc.) are the buyer’s responsibility. We have the right to refuse any transportation that appears unsafe or dangerous conditions for the goat(s).
By purchasing an animal from us, you agree that you have read, understand, and will adhere to the conditions set forth in this purchase agreement.
